2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Bladi Palace. A valid credit card is required to guarantee most reservations. Room rates are quoted in Euros and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation policies vary by rate type. Standard reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

Group bookings of 5 or more rooms may have separate terms and conditions. Please contact our reservations team for group booking inquiries.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.

4. Guest Conduct

Hotel Bladi Palace is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests. Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of these terms.

5. Liability

Hotel Bladi Palace is not liable for loss or damage to guest property, except as required by applicable law. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe deposit boxes for valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss arising from the use of hotel facilities, including but not limited to the pool, gym, spa, and restaurant, except where caused by the hotel's negligence.
